Your First Visit
When arriving on time for your appointment, you will be greeted at the front door by a member of our team and will be offered coffee or water while in the waiting area. Since new patient paperwork will be completed before your arrival, you will not need to worry about providing additional information. While your wait will be short, you can expect that we will call you back for your appointment at the scheduled time, escorting you to an operatory. One of our assistants will discuss any chief complaints and concerns as well as review completed paperwork. Digital X-rays and intraoral images are then captured before an iTero dental health 3D scan is completed.
One of our skilled dentists will arrive to discuss what they see in the scans and images as well as go over any recommended treatment options. After answering your questions, one of our hygienists will perform a thorough cleaning before you are escorted to our administrative team to discuss your treatment plan and available payment options.
Patient Portal
If you want easy access to your patient information, appointment times, and payment options, you can log in to our patient portal. Using a secure system, you can easily view all the necessary details about your visit so that you can avoid unnecessary phone calls that take time away from your day.
Patient Forms
Before your appointment, we will send an email that includes a link to all your necessary new patient paperwork. From there you can print and fill them out prior to your appointment. Please bring forms and dental insurance cards with you. Thank you.
Dental Insurance
To make payments convenient for our customers, we offer several options.
Our team will gladly help you with an estimate of benefits before your treatment and with filing your insurance claim. We are a participating provider for the insurance companies listed below. If we are out-of-network for your insurance, we will help you file a claim. Patients are responsible for the difference between the insurance benefit and the cost of the procedure. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
